How does Review Farm help my business?

Who Are These Guys?

Review Farm began as a way for a photography business to help restaurants get more reviews. The review service became so valuable that founders Cameron Crowson and Markian Sich decided to take Review Farm to the next level in an effort to provide as much value as possible to local businesses that don't have the time or personnel to micro-manage reviews.

Does this count as a tax deduction?

IRS Tax Tip 2021-159, October 27, 2021 "The tax law allows businesses to deduct expenses that help them bring in new customers and keep existing ones. These costs may include expenses for advertising and marketing. Advertising and marketing costs must be ordinary and necessary to be tax deductible. An ordinary expense is one that is common and accepted in the industry. A necessary expense is one that is helpful and appropriate for the trade or business. An expense does not have to be indispensable to be considered necessary."

You can contribute content to Review Farm, such as comments or ratings. By contributing content, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to contribute to this content and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Review Farm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of our SaaS application or the information contained in it. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our SaaS application.

Limitation of Liability
